How To Treat Severe Pain In Buttocks And Hamstring?

I have been experiencing severe butt and hamstring pain for going on two years now . MY DOCTER says (without even looking at the area) that I just have inflamed muscles and treated this with antflamintory med. I have had several phsio treatments. It seemed to ease the pain some while I was going regularily but living out of town thats not always possibele. The depth of the pain never goes away it hurst first thing getting out of bed and is with me till I go back to bed. It even has gotten so bad it hurst to bend at the waist. When sitting it feels like I am on rocks of variuos sizes. Can you please help with some advice.Thanks
