How To Treat Severe Scabies All Over The Body?

Hi , i have contracted scabies and on Tuesday bought some derbac m and applied it an left it on for 24 hrs , the next day the red itchy rash was more sever and really really itchy. i had to go to the Dr's yesterday because its covered my whole body now ,so he gave me some eurax to stop the itch and told me take antihistamines which work a little .

But today it is unbearable my whole body is a mass red rash of itchy spots , Ive just had a shower and had to use a nail brush because its driving me crazy , is there any way i could apply the derbac m before the seventh day or do you have any other suggestions on what i can do
