I am looking for a dr. in Ocala fl. who accepts united healthcare Medicaid. suffer from chronic pain an the dr. I was seeing no longer takes my insurance. will be out of my medication tomorrow. I am on methadone 10 , 2x daily Norco 10/325 4 x daily soma 350 4 times daily I have severe spinal problems along with permant nerve an muscle damage also bulging disk, narrowing disk, degenerative disk desease , tendanites in both shoulders.what dr. can help me with this?
