How To Treat Severe Throat Pain?

hi I am anil , age - 40 years . have very bad throat ,unable to drink water also , trying to have luke warm water with salt but throat pain is consistent. Also , pimples has started happening and have no taste so unable to relish food, has started eating less. Have a habit of of taking 2 -3 drinks in evening ,hope this will not create any issue . Pls advise
