How To Treat Sharp Chest Pain Due To Heavy Cough And Fluid In Chest?

Fluid on my chest and over the past week been having an heavy cough trying to clear the phylum off of my chest. Today while doing so I felt a sharp pain in my rigjt side lower rib cage. Now I can't cough or a lot of anything really dew to the pain in the side is almost unbearable . Wondering if a pulled muscle?
