How To Treat Shortness Of Breath And Tiredness Caused Due To Hole In The Heart?

Thank you.I just learned that I have a hole in my heart today, possibly 2. I was in the office for a stress test. I am 62 years old and have had a heart murmur most of my life, it was detected when I was 12 years old. I am going back in a month to have the saline in my veins.They wanted to do it today but my son was sick and I wanted to get home to him so I rescheduled. Should I be concerned about this? Afterall, I have lived this long with it. I have noticed a shortness of breath and extreme tiredness.
