How To Treat Shoulder Pain Post Rotator Cuff Surgery Despite Having Diabetes?

My before bed time blood glucose is 182,at 10:15 pm.. I take a low dose of Metformin just before bedtime. .my dinner was about 8pm and was low glycemic (war Wonton soup). I have shoulder pain due to phys. Therapy and healing from rotator cuff surgery. I also take meds for high blood pressure. My weight is 130 and i am.5 2 and 62 years old.. I walk at least 2-3 miles a day at a moderate/fast pace. Any suggestions? Should I contact my doctor since it is higher since surgery..Thank you.
