How To Treat Side Effects Of Panhysterectomy?

Hi, Last year I my mother been operated for Pan Hysterectomy.
But after the operation she is facing the side effects of operation like having headack, pain in eyes.
We consult with the concern specialist. Also we did the test suggested by nurologist and eye specialist but no fault has been found.
Most of the gynocologist told us this is side effects of Pan Hysterectomy operation.
But my mother cant bear it.she is getting irritated bcas of pain.
She is also having slip disk problem.

Want to know is there any treatement against this side effects of Pan Hysterectomy.
