How To Treat Sinus Cold,cough And Dizziness During Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 26 weeks pregnant and sick with a sinus cold and cough, but today I have experienced 2 dizzy spells which lasted only seconds. I am just wondering if I should contact my OB. I don t have any prior issues with high blood pressure. I am just wondering if the dizzy spells are caused by the sinus cold.
