How To Treat Sinus Pressure,congestion And Severe Headache?

I have had sinus pressue slight congestion for 7 days withear pain and ringing. Went to Dr.and took z pac now finished. Still having terrible headachesand pressure in my face and top of my head. The entire time have had bouts of dizzinezz and nausea. The first two days could not get up for long before I had to sit down. Yemp has been 96 but hit 99.5 on third day. Very fatigued. Noticed alarg we swelling in left forehead looks bruised.
