How To Treat Skin Reaction Due To Bleaching?

i am 21 year old female from past 6 months my pores near my nose and on cheeks have became large.They look ugly.It was 6 months back when i used a bleach cream on my face i got a reaction due to that my whole face got red and these pores appeared.redness was gone in 3-4 days but pores seems to have got permanent.please suggest how can i minimize or atleast make them look smaller.
