How To Treat Skin Sensitivity Due To Excess Temperatures?

i have a skin problem i cannot tolerate temperature above 25 celsius my skin especially face gets blushed and starts swallowing severely i m from hilly area and presently in punjab it is so hot here and untoerable for me...my skin has changed badly in a dark color here..plz suggest me
