How To Treat Skin Tear And Inflammation Post Circumcision Of Penis?

Hi, I am circumcised and under the hood of my penis, the skin has torn and it is inflamed/cut. It looks like it s starting to get crusty and greenness where the cut it. It burns pretty bad. I think it may have torn from masterbation... But it keeps getting worse and not healing.
