How To Treat Small Bald Patch On Face?

Dear Sir,A month ago i noticed a small bald patch on my left cheek, I consulted my doctor and he prescribed a medicine (stress tabs) and a hydrocortisone cream to be applied on face. I have been following the treatment but the condition is getting worst now i have those patches all over my face and even on my side locks. I do not want to continue with this treatment any more. Please suggest something.
