How To Treat Small Lump In Testicle Leading To Pain?

Hi. I am 23 year old male. I have had ultrasound of my testicle few months back found a small lump on it doctors says its normal. But i could feel some pain so i went back and they told me its just normal dont have to worry about anything . Is it normal ??
