How To Treat Small Rashes Under Chin And Neck?

my 13 y/o daughter has a rash under her chin and on her neck which looks like small (pin head sized, slightly raised, shin to slightly pink colored) bumps. Just showed up yesterday. She was at a sleep over on Saturday and one of the other girls has it and her younger borther had it last week. Any ideas?
