How To Treat Small White Dots In Penis Head?

sir i have small white dots in my penis head, from age 16 now i am 25 it didn't caused any pain or itching till now but at beginning i showed it to doctor he told it is normal nothing to worry ,it ia a lubrication dots appearing visually. but sir i need to know why it came for me i didnt saw any person like this in my circle, please tel me the correct reson, till now i didnt sex with anybody, the dots are spreading very slowly without any pain and itching
