How To Treat Smelly Breast And Rash Under It?

hi another one .with horrid smelly breast and under rash it covers a large amount of skin .i am 69 years old .this rash hurts . i have applied creams used sons soraischis cream .it went away but has come back bigger than it was before .maybe blood pressure plills or warferin help please
