How To Treat Soft Red Bumps In Underarms And Penis Due To Inverse Psoriasis?

hello doctor my name is sharath chandra , i am 23 years old i am suffering from inverse psoriasis ,i get some soft bumps under underarms and some red bumps near penis surrounding area , i consulted a skin specialist in my area every time he gives some antibiotics for 4 weeks they go off and it does not appear for at least 8 months again when summer season comes i face the same problem is there any permanent treatment for this problem.
