How To Treat Someone Non-responsive After Several Mini Strokes?

Hi my sister in law is 74 ....has been in nursing home, liver problems, guilds are collecting in her stomach, needs it drained regularly, not she has had serveral mini strokes effecting both sides of her brain, she does not want life support, she has been at hospital foe 2weeks, now she is no longer responsive to people, just sleeps, they are stopping all fluids and she is not able to swallow....what is next
