How To Treat Staph Infection On Nose Despite Using Bacitracin?

Hello there! Almost 3 weeks ago I feel on my face hard and got MAJOR rug burn on my nose. I ended up getting a staff infection, took antibiotics and have been using Bacitracin ointment on it. It's still red in some areas. Wondering will it ever heal?
