How To Treat Stomach Ache And Loose Motions In A Kid?

Hi , My daughter (6 yrs) has been complaining of stoamach ache and also loosemotions since yesterday afternoon.I gave her meftal spa(for kids) 5 ml.She is eating well but still complaining of pain.I again gave her meftal spa in the morning today.Please suggest if i should panic or wait for a day or two before taking her to the dcotor.thanks a lot.
