How To Treat Stomach Discomfort And Diarrhea Post Blastocysts Transfer?

Hi. I had 2 5-day blastocysts transferred late this morning. Tonight I am having stomach discomfort and diarrhea. I m reading that this could be the progesterone suppositories or maybe the pineapple I ate this afternoon? Should I be concerned that it s bad for implementation?
