How To Treat Stone In Appendix Causing Pain And Discomfort In Abdominal Area?

I have a popping feeling in my abdominal area by bellybutton to the right a bit. It's been 4 days and it hurts when I move certain ways, cough, laugh, or have a bowl movement. I have no fever but went to doc and get a CT they said everything was fine but I had a small stone IN my appendix.. should I be on the watch for it becoming appendicitis?
