How To Treat Strep Throat Without Antibiotics?

Hello,

I believe I have strep throat (have fever, sore throat, congestion, fatigue, and cough). I do not have health insurance. I'm wondering if you know of an effective way to treat this without antibiotics, or what the most economic way to go about obtaining a strep test is.
