How To Treat Sudden Pain In Shoulder Area After Weight Lifting?

I picked up a weight the wrong way jokingly and afterward I felt sudden pain in my pec area, top of shoulder area and under shoulder blade. The pain has gradually increased in the following days and seems to hurt the most when I move my arm in an overhead motion. Do you have any idea of what I may have injured?
