How To Treat Sun Burn On The Chin Area?

Hi Dr, i have a dark part on the side of my face all around from my ear, under my cheekbone to the middle of my chin. Im Brown skinned, its not a birth mark its not a sun burn, its just a dark part which is visibly darker than the other side of my face...
