How To Treat Swelling And Discoloration Below The Corner Of The Eye?

I was hit on the side of my face just below the corner of my eye it was very swollen and today it is black right to the side of my nose and going onto the other side of my nose. How do I know if my cheekbone is broken. It is very sensitive below my eye and swollen my eye is not red.
