How To Treat Swelling And Discomfort At Back Of Foot Caused Due To A Injury?
On my right heal I believe I hit the back of my foot. The next day I could not put any weight on it to walk. If I walk on the front of my foot and keep all the weight off my heal, then I can hobble around a short distance. I m 60. It has very little swelling and no redness but very sore.
