How To Treat Swelling And Pain In Elbow Caused Due To A Injury?

Hi my elbow hurts I can t lean on it can t put in a sweater without it hurting I slept and fell down 3 stairs and banged it i also made it bleed my elbow is swollen and there s brusing I can move it all right but not so quick can t lean on it or really pick up anything heaviy unless it starts to hurt again
