How To Treat Swelling And Pain In Hands Due To Long Hours Of Typing?

I spend long hours using a keypad and have developed swelling on the back of my hands and feel pain in my wrists, lower and upper arms, I also feel a lot of pain in my neck and lower back. I also have pain in my hips and legs. The pain I experience in my arms feels like nerve pain, can you help me diagnose what this is and how do I get help to manage it, thank you.
