How To Treat Swelling And Pain Of Foot Post Total Knee Replacement Surgery?

I fell down the stairs 3 weeks ago and fell onto my left foot. I went to emergency room because had a total knee replacement of left knew 11 months ago.However, the knee is fine for the foot is still swollen on the top. The pinkie and toe next to it still in a lot of pain. The xrays showed no break. Is there anything I can do for the pain and swelling?
