How To Treat Swelling And Painful Labia Minora?

Right swollen Labia Minora. Started yesterday am towards the top and after intercourse and oral sex it has moved lower. Feels hard or fliud filled. painful to sit and walk. no obvious sign of a zit like sore just very swollen and red. Should i ice...take nsaid...is this common and will it resolve itself?
