How To Treat Swelling At The Top Of The Penis?

Hello sir, I am 30 years old. I married recently. when I try to insert my pennis into my wife, the top of my pennis is swelling and incase I take out in the middle, I can't insert again immediately, because of this swelling. My foreskin is not going back automatically. I have to struglle a lot to make this normal. I do maturbation normally. Is this causing this? Could you please help sir?
