How To Treat Swelling Of Lower Right Leg?

my right lower leg and partially above the knee has become heavily swollen and red, very tight. The left is normal. I ve been sick a few days but this is weird. I ve had a lot of surgery had right hip revision April of last year. That screwed up. They had to go back in and clean up infection at the end of May. It dislocated June 12. I ve been careful since then and have been back to regular pool therapy at the Y for a couple months now. I ve never been happy with the loosness in the joint. The first one was fine for 18 yrs before just wearing out. It was NEVER loose like this one has always been. This swelling i ve only noticed the last couple days and it s gotten bad today. Should I seek emergency help? Thank you for your assistance.
