How To Treat Swelling Of Lymph Nodes After Being Diagnosed With Bronchitis And Pneumonia?

this for my son who was told his lymph nodes are swollen and look like someone 10 year s his age. he is 30 year old. they said he has bronchitis and pneumonia. they would like to go in with a tube however chances are his lungs coould collaspe and the they would would have to do surgery. my question to you is should we get a second opinion?
