How To Treat Swelling Of Nasal Passage And Slight Bloody Mucus?

I have enlarged red raw nasal passage in one nostril. And slightly bloody mucus, also can be yellowish. I only notice this in the mornings when I blow my nose. And it is worse in the mornings. I seem to need to clean it out in the mornings. Over the last year I have had three lots of antibiotics. This started after a cold I had a year ago. At one stage there were large scabs. I don t have that now. While on antibiotics the mucus almost clears up. And after the antibiotics it all starts to return again. The nostril stays red and swollen, it is from the front and I can see in with the help of a magnified mirror and the light shining in. I have also tried nasal sprays. I am now trying the nasal wash. Seems to help but then I feel a sensation as it drys up but a few hours later it builds up again. What is it and what can I do.
