How To Treat Swelling Of Penis After Having Sex?

Straight after having rough sex with my girlfriend I notice my penis Glands started to swell up. I thought maybe I had thrush due to being on antibiotics for 3weeks, so I used a thrush cream .the are of swelling looking like small spots appeared on it. Later that night the swelling reduced dramatically but I did notice the area of swelling appeared to be sweaty. After 24hrs the area had calmed down and no swelling was present, only a red patch if skin.
