How To Treat Swelling Of Shin,abdomen And Ankles Inspite Of Taking Lasix?

I eat very little during the course of the day, but my abdomen continues to swell and my shins and ankles have pitted edema. Now my breath is becoming shorter with slight weezing at times. I have been on 80 mg of Lasix for about 2 months ,but condition is worsening along with constant fatigue. ( YYYY@YYYY )
