How To Treat Swelling,pain And A Hard Lump On Leg Caused Due To A Fracture?

I hurt my anterior lower leg above crease where leg and foot meet about three weeks ago. Initially after was pain, hard swelling and bruising. Hard swelling spread out to a larger area and wasn t as localized, bruise went away after week 2. Now end of week 3 bruise is back and larger hard lump appeared in same spot. I work as therapist assistant and wondering if maybe I have a small fracture or bone maybe starting calcification? Do not want large obvious bump to stay! i did not hurt leg again and wondering why it formed localized hard lump again after spreading out? Should I use low frequency ultrasound to see if lump dissipates again on its own? Please help.
