How To Treat Swollen Foreskin?

I have had this problem before and it has always resolved itself...after prolonged masterbating my foreskin sometimes swells up...this time it has swollen more so than before is there anything I can do to help the swelling go down sooner???like ice or heat something simple???there isn't any pain just soreness from masterbating
