How To Treat The Black Patches On My Face?

i am 27, height- 6 feets and weight is around 72. I have recently developed black patches on my cheeks just above the shaved area. I used to pluck the small and lite hair from the cheeks which are not covered while doing shave. Can you please tell me what would be the treatment and why it has occured?
