How To Treat The Boil On My Face?

In Feb of this year I had sort of a redness on my face but thought is was just an ingrown hair and shaved over it but a small cylindrical skin core also came out. A couple of days passed and it started to swell then opened into a quarter sized boil and became so annoying that I went to a local physician. I told him that I had been fighting a candida or yeast condition but it seemed under control with diet and probiotics. It is now current day and treatment with cephlexan and SMZ/TMP has been useless. I have made more progress with Oregano oil and Thyme along with Echinacea and dietary changes. As soon as I try to discuss candida or yeast with this physician he ignores me and then we argue about treatment of he tries to shuffle me to another doctor. This wound is on my face and part of my business is making commercials for our products. Perhaps you can suggest a different protocal as I do not want to entirely dismiss drugs but certainly the progress has not healed this boil or wound. There was a swab analysis which showed slight staph affliction and stated more antibiotics were needed.
