How To Treat The Green And Lifted Toe Nail?

I was wearing shoe size which was a bit smaller than my foot size. After a few days, my toe nail turned to green and started lifting off.. The nail is still attached but the gap between the nail and the skin is increasing a bit.. I donn have any pain but some time it pains very mildly for few seconds.. What care should i take. Plz do reply.
