How To Treat The Pain In Right Kidney?

i feel pain in my right kidney.i visited local doctor he advised me ciproxine 250mg after examining my ultasound report according to which small concretion exist in my kidney.though red blood cells in my urine test have stoped but pain still exist.now what should i do?
