How To Treat Thin Hair In Scalp?

hello.my hairs are very less and thin. when i was born, i didn't had even a single hair on my head.my hairs started growing when i was 4 years old. now i am a 21 years old girl. but i dont have hairs on some part of my head and the rest are very very few and thin. please suggest what shall i do?
