How To Treat Throat Discomfort And Headaches Caused Due To Flu?

I had a bad cold/flu the day after Thanksgiving. 2 weeks later feeling better but still lot of sinus congestion. then Christmas Day I got sick again...scratchy throat but not sore and kept clearing throat. Went to bed early and only got up to g to bathroom. Had aches and headaches and knew it had to be some kind of flu. However, after about 5 days I went to urgent care because I was extremely dehydrated and beginning to think this was some kind of infection because kept sweating profusely in bed where I was spending a lot of time because no energy and had lost 10 lbs. They did a blood test and white count was below normal. They felt I was fine. Also tested for electrolytes which seemed to be fine. Im still incredibly weak and soaked every night from head and entire trunk and another 2 weeks have gone by.
