How To Treat Throat Pain And White Spots At Back Of Throat?

so on friday my throat was really hurting and i could see white spots on the back of my throat. it hurt to sallow and i was a little tired but i did not have a fever. On saturday and sunday i felt kind of out of it and couldnt focus on anything and all i wanted to do was lay down all day. On monday (today) i felt like one of my ears was clogged and there was a lot of pressure on that side of my head. i also had a runny nose all weekend but today was really bad. its been over 18 hours and there is still alot of pressure in my head on the side where it feels like my ear is clogged. what should i do?? someone said i might have mono
