How To Treat Tightness And Pain In Chest Due To Smoking Weed?

Hello doctors, yesterday I was smoking weed and concentrates with my friends. We smoke wax and I was wondering if that caused a pain on the right side of my chest. I don t know if it s my lung because I can breathe and it doesn t hurt. When I stretch I feel a squeezing sensation that is a little painful. Do you guys think it s my lung hitting from the weed or do you guys think it could be something else? Thanks for your help guys!
