How To Treat Tightness Of The Foreskin?

Hello normally my little fella is fine but my fore skin has become tighter and I couldn't pull it back as normal I've just had a bath and managed to pull it back it seems to have become so tight the skin is tearing in order to get over the head. There is also red dots on the head a little worried. I'm 30 and in good health.
